Sharing learning content such as audio files, videos, PDFs, and presentations is a core part of any classroom, whether physical or virtual. In many setups, files are shared across multiple platforms like WhatsApp, email, OneDrive, or Slack, which makes it difficult to locate important materials later.

Classverse simplifies file sharing by bringing all learning materials into the same classroom where live sessions, quizzes, assignments, and communication already take place. This ensures that resources remain organized and easy to access whenever needed.

Please note that different plans include different file storage limits for your account.

Supported Formats

Upload

Classverse allows uploading of any file type.

Playback

Some file formats can be viewed or played directly within the Classverse classroom. Refer to the dedicated playback compatibility article to see which formats are supported.

Download

All uploaded files can be downloaded. If a file cannot be played within the classroom, users can download it and open it using applications available on their own devices.

Feed Updates

When a teacher or student uploads a file, they can add a title and description. The file and its details are automatically posted to the class feed so everyone is informed that new material has been shared.

Like other feed posts, participants can comment on shared files to ask questions or discuss the material.

Who can do this?

For all plans, both Teachers and Students can upload files within a classroom. All participants in the class can access and view shared files.

Teachers and students can edit or delete only the files they have uploaded themselves.
