Inviting students works slightly differently depending on the plan you are on.

Free, Essential, and Professional Plans

In the Free, Essential, and Professional plans, the highest role is Teacher. The teacher is responsible for inviting students to classrooms.

There is no central student management in these plans. This means students are invited directly into a classroom without needing to be added to the account first.

To invite students, simply enter their email addresses while adding them to a classroom.

Once added, students receive an automated email that includes the classroom join link and a calendar invite. The calendar invite allows them to sync the class schedule with their personal calendar, helping them stay informed about upcoming sessions.

Students in these plans do not have account access. They must use the join link provided in the email each time they want to access the classroom.

The number of students you can invite to a class depends on your account’s student limit.

Enterprise Plan

In the Enterprise plan, Coordinators and Administrators can invite students to the account and then add them to classrooms as needed.

When a student is added to the account, they must complete registration and sign up for Classverse.

Each time a student is added to a classroom, they receive an automated email with a join link and a calendar invite that can be synced with their personal calendar.

Unlike the other plans, Enterprise students can log in to their Classverse account to view a list of all their enrolled classes from their home dashboard. This makes it easier for them to track schedules and access classrooms.

The Enterprise plan includes central student management. This allows you to add, edit, or delete students from one place. Any changes made to a student’s account automatically apply to all classrooms they are enrolled in. For example, if a student leaves your institute and is removed from the account, their access to all associated classrooms is automatically revoked.

Who can do this?

For the Free, Essential, and Professional plans, students can be invited to classrooms by Teachers.

For the Enterprise plan, students can be managed and invited by Administrators and Coordinators.
