Classes often run longer than planned, and teachers may find it difficult to decide how much to cover, how to divide time across topics, and how to stay on track without delaying important learning goals.

At the same time, students are often unsure about what is currently being taught, what the end goal of the session is, how long a topic will take, and what they should be prepared for.

This challenge exists in both physical and virtual classrooms. An agenda planner helps solve this problem by bringing structure and clarity to each session.

An agenda is a list of clearly defined teaching, learning, or activity blocks. Each block is assigned a specific duration so that the entire class session is structured and time-bound.

Classverse allows teachers to design a classroom agenda based on their preferred planning style. Teachers can plan agendas daily, weekly, or monthly, depending on how detailed they want their activity blocks to be.

Each agenda item is tracked in minutes.

Once the teacher designs the agenda, it can be used during a live class. Teachers can play, pause, and switch between agenda blocks as they teach.

The currently active agenda block is visible to students. This allows them to see what is being covered, approximately how long the topic will continue, what is coming next, and what has already been completed. This is especially helpful for students who join late or want to review the flow of the class.

Example

For a one-hour English class, a teacher may design the agenda as follows:

During the live class, the teacher can move through these blocks in real time, keeping both themselves and their students aligned with the session plan.

Who can do this?

For all plans, agendas can be created and managed by Teachers.
